How it works
- You can first get in touch with me by emailing me. I will email you back instantly suggesting some times for our appoitnment. You choose the most convenient time for you. This trial lesson is free of charge.
- Having tested me, you will take you time to make your decision wheater I am the best teacher for you or not. If yes, write to me again please and arrange for our first Czech lessons. When you have paid for the lesson, we can start.
- One lesson takes 60 minutes. Teaching is possible both in the mornings and afternoons.
- We agree the most convenient time according to your requirements.
- The Czech lessons for you are available once, twice or three times a week.
- Via Skype you speak to me and see my reactions to your good or bad Czech :-) I write a great number of notes in Skype for you.
You can choose from several tours and for those who are physically fit there is a climb up the castle tower. The castle is fully furnished and equipped. The most valuable part is a neo - Gothic castle chapel with Gothic altar and decorated with gravestones of order masters from 1395 - 1515. A castle armoury, originally Gothic hall of the old castle, is equipped with exhibits of weapons, interesting guard shields from the 13th and 15th centuries and headsman sword from 1677.


Museum Moravská Třebová
An exhibition has been newly reinstalled on Ancient Egypt, where you can see the mummy of Princess Hereret. Following the Naprstek Museum, this Egyptian collection is the largest in the country.

Chateau and muzeum Úsov
Originally a medieval castle fortress dating back to the 13th century. During the Thirty Years War the castle was burned down. In the 17th century the castle was expanded by a Baroque chateau building. The Šternberks, Boskovices and Lichtenšteins took turns as lords here. You can see here trophies of African wildlife and specimens of Central European fauna. Samples of forest building structures and tools from the beginning of the 20th century.

Chateau Litomyšl
It is a representative Renaissance chateau with sgraffito decoration built in 1568-1581. It ranks among the UNESCO monuments of the universal heritage due to its architectonic uniqueness. The theatre, which has been preserved with period decoration, was built at the end of the 18th century.

Castle Sovinec
The castle was founded shortly before 1332 by members of the house that was called according to the castle the lords of Sovinec. It was an important Hussite fortress or also the prison and the base of SS troops.You can walk in several beautiful courtyards and so called Upper Castle (the oldest part of the castle). The outlook tower offers you superb view of Sovinec Natural Park.
The exposition of forestry school in Sovinec are arranged in former horse stables as well as the exposition on castle history, in a burgraviate exposition of tin and weapons, order,decorations and torture.
In other parts of the castle you can see a lapidary, castle chamber and exhibition (June – September) of Jaroslav Róna , a leading Czech painter, sculptor, graphic artist, glassmaker
